Production Time: Due to our handcrafting methods please allow 4 to 7 days for standard necklaces production. 1 to 3 days for Initial & Date Pendants.
Priority Shipping: You will receive same-day processing. You order will ship off faster but will take 5 to 10 days for delivery for US.
Domestic Shipping Times: USPS shipping typically takes 5 to 10 days from the order date. This shipping time is based on where you live. You may receive it quicker than the specified time.
International Shipping Times: Standard Shipping can take up to 3 to 4 for delivery.

Late Packages
If your order does not come in the specified time we do not offer refunds, because we cannot account of carrier delays. Our shipments usually delivers within 10 days of the shipping date. Nonetheless there may be cases where packages will be delayed during peak season. We are not responsible for those cases. Rest assured, all packages will be delivered as quickly as possible
What happens if my order is incorrect?
If you can send proof that we made the mistake (screenshot of order receipt details), please send us an email and we will recreate your order free of charge. The email most be sent within 30-days of the order date. If you caused the mistakes we will charge $10.00 USD to make the correction for the Initial & Date Pendants. For the other necklace please email us at info@trendyjewlz.com and we will provide a solution.
What happens if my necklace breaks?
As long the order still is under your 30-day warranty we will send another necklace free of charge.
What if I do not like my necklace?

Can I wear this necklace in water?
Our necklaces may tarnish if you wear the necklace in water. However, we do not recommend you to wear it in order to keep the integrity intact.
What is the necklace made out off?
Our necklaces are made out of stainless steel.
