What happens if my order is incorrect?
If you can send proof that we made the mistake (screenshot of order receipt details), please send us an email and we will recreate your order free of charge. The email most be sent within 30-days of the order date. If you caused the mistakes we will charge $10.00 USD to make the correction for the Initial & Date Pendants. For the other necklace please email us at email@example.com and we will provide a solution.
What happens if my necklace breaks?
As long the order still is under your 30-day warranty we will send another necklace free of charge.
What if I do not like my necklace?

Can I wear this necklace in water?
Our necklaces will not tarnish if you wear the necklace in water. However, we do not recommend you to wear it in order to keep the integrity intact.
